Randa Adra is a counsel in the New York office of Crowell & Moring, where she practices in the firm's International Dispute Resolution and Litigation groups. Randa provides counsel on complex disputes for domestic and multi-national companies with a particular focus on the Middle East and North Africa region.

In her practice, Randa represents clients in both international and domestic disputes, including international commercial and investment arbitration matters, and a broad spectrum of litigation matters that include class actions and multidistrict proceedings.

Randa has extensive experience representing clients in commercial disputes between corporations as well as against foreign sovereign governments, and in related enforcement proceedings. She has counseled parties in a broad spectrum of industries, namely in the construction, medical, hospitality, shipping, logistics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and energy sectors.
